At The Riley Center, we believe every mind belongs- and the people who work with us play an important role in making that belief a reality.
We are expanding our services to Decatur and are looking for compassionate, dependable, and energetic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians in our outpatient ABA clinic. No prior ABA experience? That’s okay! We provide paid training and support you through the process of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly with children with autism, helping them build communication, social, and everyday life skills. You’ll celebrate the small victories, the big breakthroughs, and all the moments in between.
Make an impact. Your work directly changes the lives of children and their families.
Be part of a growing team. We believe in developing our team and providing opportunities to learn, advance, and build a career in the autism and behavioral health field alongside passionate, experienced leaders.
Find purpose in your work. This is more than a job. It’s an opportunity to help a child discover what they can do, empower families to expand skills, and build a community of belonging.
If you're looking to make a difference, we'd love to meet you.
